The Albatros DV aircraft entered the service in 1917, being the fighter aircraft used by the Imperial German Air Service, the DV was the final version of Albatros D.I family. The Albatros DV was the last Albatros fighter that was seen in war missions and service. In spite of the Albatros DV's inadequacy, there were approximately 900 DV's and 1,612 D.Va's that were built.
